SUDANESE KUWAITI CENTRE (AWARD)

This is a Design Competition 1st Prize winning project composed of a basement, ground floor and Mezzanine floors as shopping and 4/10 storeys office Towers on top of G.F, on the Blue Nile Bank front, Khartoum City Centre.
The Project is constructed on pile foundation with flat slab RC skeleton, precast concrete. Panel facades equipped with all EM facilities
