KHARTOUM TOWERS PROJECT (AWARD)

Location : Khartoum City Centre, Gamhuria Avenue.
Owner : Social Security Investments Authority (SSIA)

This is a Design Competition 1st Prize winning Project, composed of a commercial GF + a Central Plaza on a 7500m2 Plot facing 4 roads, with a 2- level parking and EM Plants Basement and 10-16 storeys open office floor towers on top of G-F.
The Project is constructed on pile foundation and in flat slab R.C skeleton with precast panels and curtain wall facades, fully air conditioned and equipped with the latest Engineering Systems.
